3. Product Orders, Wholesale & Service Bookings

1. Order Acceptance: All orders for cleaning supplies, equipment, or service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.
2. Pricing & GST: All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Quote Accuracy: On-site commercial cleaning quotes or custom machinery estimates remain valid for 30 days from issuance.

4. Delivery, Returns & Easy 30-Day Policy

We deliver supplies across Sydney and broader Australia. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders as specified during checkout.

• 30-Day Returns: Eligible physical products and supplies in unused, original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged Goods: Any product delivered damaged or defective must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For cleaning service bookings or site appointments:

• Notice Required: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Late Cancellation: Service cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled entry may incur a administration fee.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
